Eric Dalley is an experienced professional in the mortgage and real estate sectors, currently serving as an Associate in Asset Management and Dispositions at Blue River Development, LLC since March 2024. Previously, Eric worked at Provident Funding Associates L.P. from July 2006 to June 2022, where significant accomplishments included originating over 1,200 mortgage loans resulting in over $300 million in funded loan volume and being recognized as one of the top producing loan officers in Georgia in 2021. In various roles, Eric successfully led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, managed substantial increases in loan origination volumes, and provided critical support to multiple teams. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
