Nicholas Houdek is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Director of Procurement at RXO since April 2021. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Procurement Manager at XPO Logistics, where key responsibilities included strategic cost-saving initiatives and global vendor management. Prior to XPO, Nicholas spent over a decade at Bechtel Corporation in various roles, including Field Procurement Manager, where oversight of procurement operations and successful project completions were paramount. Nicholas' career also encompasses internships in finance management and investment, underscoring a strong foundation in economics from Kalamazoo College and La Universidad Antonio de Nebrija.
