Richard Macnamara has over three decades of experience in the maritime and legal sectors. Since 1997, Richard has served as CEO of West of England P&I Club in Hong Kong, after previously holding the position of General Manager for the Hong Kong office from 1988 to 1991. In addition, Richard has been a Barrister at Law at Inner Temple since 1981, following being called to the Bar that same year. Richard holds an M.A. in History from Sydney Sussex College, University of Cambridge, where education was completed from 1975 to 1978, and received early education at Tonbridge School.
