Grzegorz Puzio is an experienced Embedded and Backend Developer at RxCap since April 2021, specializing in backend development using Go and software for medical devices across various communication technologies such as BLE, LTE-M, and NB-IoT. Previously, Grzegorz spent over 12 years at Nokia in multiple roles, including Software Architect, where Grzegorz served as a technical leader in the R&D team, designed new feature implementations, and represented the team in technical management meetings. As a member of the Emergency Team, Grzegorz provided 24/7 support for critical customer issues and conducted problem analyses. Grzegorz also held the role of Product Owner, focusing on sprint planning, task evaluation, and ensuring code quality. As an Embedded Software Engineer, Grzegorz developed in embedded C/C++ across various platforms and contributed to technical documentation. Grzegorz holds a Master of Science degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, earned between 2004 and 2009.
