Stan Robertson is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in applied healthcare data analytics and information architecture. Currently serving as Senior Data Engineer at Island Health since September 2016, Stan has also held the role of Clinical Research Specialist within the organization's Enterprise Data Warehouse. From October 2017 to September 2020, Stan was seconded to the Government of British Columbia as an Information Architect for the Health Data Platform Initiative, collaborating with academic researchers and health sector partners. As a Senior Consultant from 2004 to 2016, Stan specialized in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse consulting, with significant roles at HP Advanced Solutions and Quartech Systems Ltd. Previous experience includes various positions within the BC Public Service from 1987 to 2004, focusing on application management, business intelligence, and system operations. Stan holds a Diploma in Computing Technology from Camosun College, obtained in 1987.
