Louis Leonard Jr has several years of experience in the field of data integration and analysis. Louis began their career at Wells Fargo in 2011 as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided tier 1 support for various IT issues. In 2012, Louis joined Availity, where they initially worked as a Client Service Representative, educating providers on claim submissions and resolving issues with payers. Later, they transitioned into the role of EDI Business Analyst, where they assisted in finalizing integrations between Availity and new business client systems. In 2018, Louis moved to RxBenefits, Inc. as a Data Integration Analyst II, responsible for executing daily operational activities related to EDI, establishing relationships with 3rd party partners, and interpreting data file specifications.

Louis Leonard Jr attended Alabama State University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
