Agatha Maloda has extensive experience in program leadership and project coordination, currently serving as a Seasonal Program Leader at Rustic Pathways since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading international groups of students in Tanzania, India, and Nepal. Prior to this role, Agatha worked as a Communication Officer and Projects Coordinator at Chamwino Arts Center from August 2018 to January 2021, managing both international and national projects. Agatha also served as an Accountant Technician at Chamwino Connect from June 2017 to July 2018, focusing on financial activities and support for children's services, and worked as a Project Store Keeper at Tanzania Building Agency from October 2016 to April 2017, involved in procurement and material storage. Agatha holds a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management from the College of Business Education, Dodoma, obtained in 2012, and has completed prior education at the same institution as well as Chamwino Secondary School.
