Rodger Spear

Executive Sous Chef, Flourtown at PHILADELPHIA CRICKET CLUB

A member of the Culinary Team since 2017, Rodger went to The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and worked at Catering by Design learning a diverse menu. He then moved into country clubs working at Waynesborough Country Club and Whitemarsh Country club before landing at The Philadelphia Cricket Club. He most enjoys the team of people that he works with and everyone's perspectives and the energy that they bring to work everyday. Outside of work, you can find Rodger skiing, hiking, camping or seeking out adventure.
