Shelia Rouse (Smith) has extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Regional Publisher for Rust Communications since February 2014, overseeing four daily newspapers and 11 weekly newspapers across Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee. Additionally, Shelia Rouse (Smith) holds the position of Advertising Strategic Operations Team Leader, managing a team of 21 advertising managers. Since January 2001, Shelia Rouse (Smith) has also been the Publisher for the State Gazette/Dyersburg News, maintaining responsibilities across both roles. Previously, Shelia Rouse (Smith) worked as Advertising Director at Rust Communications from September 1993 to December 2000. Educational qualifications include studies at Mississippi County Community College and Williams Baptist College.
