Shelly Heier, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Client Service at Russell Investments since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shelly was the President and Senior Consultant at Verus Investments from July 2000 to September 2024, providing consulting and management services to various institutional investors. Shelly began a career as a Financial Analyst at J. Duncan & Associates from June 1998 to July 2000, supporting senior financial planners in the greater Puget Sound region. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Puget Sound, earned between 1994 and 1998.
