Lee Smith currently serves as the Retail & HR Director and Head of Retail at Russell & Bromley Ltd since July 2020. Prior to this, Lee held various leadership positions at Clarks from September 2003 to July 2020, including Head of Retail (Outlet) for the UK and Europe, where responsibilities included oversight of P&L for 57 outlets and 23 stores across multiple European countries. Lee also managed extensive teams, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and transformation programs aimed at improving sales. Earlier career experience includes roles as Area Controller and various store management positions at all:sports from 1995 to 2003.
