Jay Rhine, CISSP, has extensive work experience in the fields of cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, security testing, and technical staff roles. Starting in 2000, Jay worked at Nokia in various technical staff positions, including a role as a distinguished member of technical staff. During this time, Jay also served as a security test engineer and a test engineer. In May 2022, Jay joined Rumble as a senior infrastructure engineer and later transitioned into the role of cloud architect in February 2023.

Jay Rhine, CISSP, attended Columbia University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, Jay Rhine attended Stevens Institute of Technology, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a double major in Computer Science and Physics.
