Febrina Putri Salma has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2021, they worked as an Islamic Financial Inclusion Intern at Komite Nasional Ekonomi dan Keuangan Syariah. Febrina then joined ACT Foundation | Aksi Cepat Tanggap in 2022 as a Program Marketing Intern, where they were responsible for creating and managing campaigns on social funding platforms, conducting marketing reports, and developing a content plan on social media. In the same year, Febrina also worked at YKM FEUI as a Program Supervisor, overseeing program operations until July 2023. Currently, they are a Researcher at Rumah Zakat Indonesia starting from July 2023.

Febrina Putri Salma pursued a bachelor's degree in Islamic Business from the University of Indonesia from 2019 to 2023.
