Steve Gregory is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Rugosa Partners. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, with a focus on private jet travel, tractor-trailers, private coach and warehousing. In March 2009, they conceived the idea of On Tour Logistics (OTL), a "one-stop shop" service that would provide top-notch ground transportation for entertainers. The first three years of OTL were extremely challenging, but Steve persevered and grew the company into a first class leader in the industry. Today, OTL is a well-respected company that provides reliable, high quality services to its clients.

Steve Gregory has a BSME from Tennessee Technological University and is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a UAS Remote Pilot, the Federal Communications Commission as an Amateur Radio Extra Class Operator, and the Tennessee State Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners as a Professional Engineer. Steve is also certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors as an Advanced Open Water Diver with Mixed Gases (Nitrox) Endorsement and by the Federal Communications Commission as a Restricted Radiotelephone Operator.
