Roger LeFevre has over 40 years of work experience. Roger began their career in 1981 as the Executive Vice President of the Consolidated Leasing Company, an affiliate of McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation. In 1983, they became the CEO of VITAL BGS. In 2009, they took on the role of CEO for both RUGGED COMMERCE and Sizzle Factor. In 2020, they became the CEO and Managing Member of both Tabiona Ventures and Tabiona Steaks.

Roger LeFevre began their educational journey in 1978 when they attended the University of Utah, studying Finance and Financial Management Services. In 1981, they completed their studies at the University of Utah and also attended Harvard Law School, where they earned a Law degree through the Program of Instruction for Lawyers. Roger then attended Utah State University from 1992 to 1994, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, in 2007, they attended New York University and earned a degree in Real Estate with a focus in Finance and Investments.
