Kirill Pesterev has a background in International Economics with a Bachelor's Degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Kirill also completed an Exchange Programme at Prague University of Economics and Business. Kirill furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with majors in Business Analytics, Operations, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from The Wharton School. Kirill has worked in the T&L Department at Deloitte from 2011 to 2018 and currently holds a position in the Founders' Office at Hugo since 2020.
