David Carlson has a vast work experience in the technology industry. David started their career as a Network Engineer at Target in 1997 and later joined Cisco Systems, where they worked as a Customer Support Engineer, Network Consulting Engineer, and Software Devtest Engineer. At Juniper Networks, they served as a Resident Engineer and then as a Senior Manager, leading a team of Resident Engineers and Service Managers. Following this, they joined Brocade as a Director of Service Delivery, responsible for managing a team of Service Account Managers and Engineers. Currently, David works at Ruckus Networks as the Director of Technical Support Engineering, overseeing the Americas Bulldog Advanced Technical Support Team, which provides premium-level support to Ruckus Enterprise and Service Provider customers.
David Carlson attended DeVry Institute from 1987 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in electronics.
