Milou Klooster is an experienced professional currently serving as the CEO of RTI Blockchain since October 2018, focusing on integrating blockchain technology to enhance data quality and integrity in returnable packaging management. Prior to this role, Milou worked as an Account Manager at Vishandel Klooster BV from August 2013 to October 2019, contributing to a family business known for its high-quality fish products. Earlier experience includes a Sales Intern position at Oracle in 2012, assisting the sales team and developing a new business model, as well as serving as an Assistant Office Manager at Booking.com in the summer of 2012. Milou holds a degree from the University of Applied Sciences and participated in a semester exchange in International Business at Sheffield Hallam University, along with language studies at EF Language School in Brighton.
