Emma Balk, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director and Head of Talent Deployment at RSI, overseeing Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams since August 2021. Key responsibilities include managing workforce planning, optimizing resource allocation through data tools, and implementing an enterprise-wide skills assessment. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Emma managed the full recruiting cycle and drove key talent acquisition metrics. Emma's experience also encompasses Account Manager positions at DEG Digital and TEKsystems, focusing on client relations and market analysis, as well as serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Power Life. Emma holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
