Harby Tiwana is an experienced operations leader currently serving as DC Manager at RS since September 2020, following earlier roles as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to RS, Harby was Head of Operations at Focus Fitness UK from April 2019 to April 2020, where the company emerged as a market leader in government-funded Personal Training Courses. Previous experience includes various managerial positions at Amazon between July 2015 and March 2019, including Inbound URS Area Manager and Outbound Pick Area Manager. Harby's career also includes roles as Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Focus Groups UK from November 2010 to June 2015, a Buyer position at Proxima, and a Supply Chain Graduate role at Kimberly-Clark. Harby holds a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Information Systems from Kingston University, completed in 2006.
