Scott Fynn is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic marketing management across various financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing & Propositions Specialty Manager at RSA Insurance since March 2012, Scott focuses on enhancing marketing effectiveness for the personal lines broker business. Prior to this role, Scott was the Head of Marketing at Select & Protect, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategy and overseeing product strategy for multiple channels. Scott's earlier positions include Senior Marketing Manager roles at Abbey National Payments and Legal & General Insurance, as well as marketing management positions at NatWest and TSB Bank Ltd. Scott holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has completed training in NLP Excellence.
