Trent Stoker has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Trent started their career as an Inside Adjuster at Safeco Insurance, where they handled auto losses and business interruption claims. Trent then advanced to the role of PIP/Med Pay Adjuster, overseeing claims and providing training and mentoring. At Mutual of Enumclaw, Trent worked as a Field Adjuster and General Adjuster, managing large property losses and handling both personal and commercial lines. Trent also served as the Field Claim Manager for the Boise region, leading claim operations in multiple states. Most recently, Trent worked at PEMCO as the Claims Quality Analyst before transitioning into their current role as the Director of Next Gen Strategy & Implementation. Throughout their career, Trent has demonstrated expertise in claims management, process improvement, project management, and vendor management. Trent holds certifications as a CPCU, MAOL, and PMP, further showcasing their commitment to professional growth and development.
Trent Stoker, CPCU, MAOL, PMP, has a strong educational background. Trent obtained their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 1981 to 1989, where they pursued a dual major in History and International Relations, along with a minor in French.
