Lisa Donovan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent and Culture at RRA Capital since May 2021 and as a Talent Strategy Consultant for The Predictive Group, Inc. since July 2020. Additionally, Lisa is the President of PayJax Solutions, providing customized business solutions since October 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Corporate Culture at Concept Companies, where Lisa built the HR department from the ground up, and Brand Manager at idgroup. Lisa has also held positions at the Florida Medical Association, Clear Channel Radio, VISIT FLORIDA, and Compass Marketing & Consulting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Central Florida Community College.
