Carsten Gutbier serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Business Partner at GROPYUS since October 2019, overseeing the recruitment of over 300 employees and managing a €1.1 million recruiting budget. Prior experiences include a role as Senior Recruiter at expertum Gruppe, where Carsten managed multiple client recruitment projects and improved client satisfaction. Previous positions at Institut für PPT e.V. involved talent acquisition and training program development, while initial experiences in business intelligence and HR provided a strong foundation in recruitment and organizational support. Carsten holds a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Health and Sport.
