Eshqin Kazimov is a skilled data scientist currently serving in the Minister's Executive Office at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport since August 2024, focusing on data-driven initiatives to support strategic decision-making and policy formulation. Previously, Eshqin held dual roles within the same ministry from December 2021 to July 2023, contributing to the establishment of databases, analyzing complex business problems, and developing dashboards in various transportation sectors and project management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Research and Analytics Specialist at FinDynamix, where Eshqin enhanced productivity through automated reporting tools and data analysis. Eshqin holds a Master's degree in Financial Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
