Sharon Nellenbach is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for both RPM Industrial Coatings Group and RPM Wood Finishing Group since September 2015. In these roles, Sharon promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing HR programs and directing staff for a workforce of over 500 employees across seven states. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University, completed between 2007 and 2009.
