Sofia Garcia has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as a Manager at R+L Global Logistics since September 2017. In this role, Sofia leads the planning and implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), manages customer onboarding, negotiates rates with partner warehouses, and oversees the Operational Supply Chain team. Prior to this, Sofia held the position of Fulfillment Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and ensuring inventory accuracy. Sofia began a career in logistics as a Supply Chain Project Coordinator at R+L Global Logistics and has previous experience as an Operations Agent at Stonepath Logistics and a Customer Service Representative at Pacific Logistics Corp. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic-American, Puerto Rican, and Mexican-American/Chicano Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
