Ann-Cathrin van Looy serves as the Head of Global Sustainability at deugro group, having progressed through various roles in the company since February 2018, including Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Junior Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Ann-Cathrin contributed as a Worldwide Survey Coordination Team Assistant at Battermann & Tillery GmbH and completed internships at Auerbach Schifffahrt GmbH & Co. KG and Hamburg Süd. Ann-Cathrin holds a Master of Arts in Marketing and Sales Management from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in International Transport Management from Jade Hochschule, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Studies from Universitas Udayana. The diverse international experience includes assignments across several countries, enriching Ann-Cathrin's expertise in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
