Nicole McDowell is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Development and Engagement Specialist at Royal Roads University since January 2021. Previously, Nicole held the role of Human Resources Development Coordinator at the same institution. Nicole's experience also includes a tenure as Human Resources Development Manager at Timberfield Roof Truss from April 2022 to August 2022, and as Human Resources Generalist at Timberfield Roof Truss from April 2017 to August 2020. Nicole earned a degree from Western University between 2014 and 2017.
