Lizette Norton has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Loma Linda University Health since 2016. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center and Dignity Health Community Hospital of San Bernardino, as well as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Lizette's earlier experience encompasses positions as Director of Human Resources at both the Southeastern California Conference and Loma Linda University. Lizette holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loma Linda University.
