Jo Czerpak is an accomplished education professional currently serving as Deputy Head at The Royal Alexandra and Albert School since September 2017, where responsibilities include safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and leadership of Boarding, Community, and Co-curricular activities. Jo is also an Associate committee member of Gatton Pupil Matters within the Gatton Trust and serves as a Governor at Woodmansterne Primary School, focusing on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Head and Head of Physical Education at The British School Al Khubairat from 2004 to 2017, and Teacher of Physical Education and School Sports Coordinator at Park House School Newbury from 2001 to 2004. Jo Czerpak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Exeter and a Master of Education in Practitioner Research in Education from Liverpool Hope University.
