Lisa Nelson Armosky has a long and varied work experience. Lisa began their career in 1995 as an Associate at the University of Texas McDonald Observatory. In 1996, they took on a role as a Private Tutor at Sylvan Learning Centers. The following year, they became a Long Term Permanent Substitute Teacher at Round Rock ISD. In 2014, they began working as a Self-employed Private Tutor. In 2019, they took on the role of Small Business Owner at Allied Parenting, where they provided custom designed parenting plans and one on one coaching. Most recently, they have been working as an Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, and Sales Development Representative at brightwheel since 2021.

Lisa Nelson Armosky attained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Language and Literature/Letters and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin between 1990 and 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Learning Excel 2016, Learning Outlook 2016, Outlook 2016 Essential Training, and Outlook: Working with Multiple Calendars in August 2018.
