Graham Liley is an experienced professional in people operations and program development, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at the Royal Academy of Engineering since June 2023. Prior to this role, Liley held various leadership positions at RFEA - The Forces Employment Charity, including Head of People and Business Support Manager, where responsibility encompassed strategic delivery of business support, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, and managing the SORTED! collaboration program for Armed Forces community employment support. Liley's earlier experience includes project management for the SSAFA Mentoring Support Service, welfare officer duties within the 32 Engineer Regiment, and personnel management roles within the Army Personnel Centre and various engineer regiments. Educational background includes studies at Runshaw College and Bishop Rawsthorne CofE High School.
