Tia (Cynthia) Marden is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Director of Med Clin Ops at Optum, Tia successfully directed revenue cycle operations during the merger of Prospero, Landmark, and Optum, establishing key performance indicators and implementing payment solutions across multiple states.
