Cristiane Aranha is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Manager for Rovensa since August 2017, Cristiane oversees the HR department in Brazil, managing various HR subsystems and reporting to the CHRO in Portugal. Prior to this role, Cristiane was the Gerente de Gestão de Pessoas at Hopi Hari SA, where responsibilities included budgeting, executive compensation, labor relations, and training development. Earlier experience includes positions at Cia DPaschoal, focusing on payroll management for a large workforce. Cristiane holds multiple qualifications, including an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV and a graduate degree in Ciências Econômicas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, among others.
