Anil Kotian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anil began their career in 1996 as a Programmer/Analyst at Retek, where they worked until 1998. Following this, they joined Rotex Global, LLC in 1998 and held various roles including Programmer/Analyst, Systems Development Engineer, IT Manager, and Director of Information Technology. Anil worked at Rotex Global, LLC until the present time.

Anil Kotian attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1987 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1980 to 1985. Anil also attended St. Thomas High School in Bombay, although the dates of their attendance are unknown.
