Wissam Beiruty has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Wissam most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Rotana Capital Center Complex starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Area Director of Human Resources at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC since January 2017. Before joining Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, Wissam worked for Al Bustan Rotana and Al Murooj Rotana in Dubai, where they served as the Cluster Director of Human Resources from January 2014 to December 2016. Wissam also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Al Murooj Rotana Dubai from August 2012 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Wissam worked as the Director of Human Resources at Amwaj Rotana Hotel in Dubai from August 2008 to August 2012, and as the Human Resources Manager at Towers Rotana Dubai from an unspecified date to August 2008.

Wissam Beiruty attended the University of Balamand from 1997 to 2002, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Hotel Management.
