Harshvardhan Dengwekar currently serves as the Complex Head of Marketing, Digital and Communications at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Cluster Head of Marketing and Communications for Novotel and Ibis in Chennai from September 2021 to December 2022, and Director of Digital, Marketing, and Communication at Accor from May 2016 to September 2020. Harshvardhan has also held various roles in marketing communications and sales within prestigious hotel brands such as Sheraton, The Westin, and Park Hyatt. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Hospitality from IHMCT&AN Hyderabad and an ongoing Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communications from MICA.
