Christian Gatien has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Christian started their career at CBC/Radio-Canada as a Camera operator/editor, switcher/director in 2001 and worked in this role until 2009. Christian then became a Supervising Technician from 2009 to 2013, before transitioning to the role of Resource Specialist until 2015. In 2015, Christian joined Rogers Sports & Media as a Mobile Technical Producer and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working at Ross Video as a Project Manager responsible for Demonstration and Tradeshow Equipment.

Christian Gatien attended Collège La Cité from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a College Diploma (with honorable mention) in Radio and Television.
