Rimante Ribaciauskaite serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ellex since November 2023, following a tenure as COO at Omnisend from October 2017 to February 2023. Prior to this, Rimante held leadership roles at Startup Lithuania, first as Head from October 2016 to October 2017, and previously as Head of Startup Lithuania at Enterprise Lithuania from April 2013 to October 2017. Earlier experiences include project development at the International Republican Institute and expert evaluation of youth projects at Jaunimo tarptautinio bendradarbiavimo agentÅ«ra. Rimante began a career in project management at the Lithuanian Youth Council, contributing significantly to international affairs. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s degree in Comparative Politics and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Political Science from Vilnius University.
