Amanda Ferguson is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in social work. Currently serving as Practice Support Lead and National Program Director at Room to Grow since November 2014, Amanda oversees program development and quality, ensuring effective outcomes for enrolled families and graduates. Previously, in the role of Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Social Worker at Room to Grow, Amanda provided both clinical and administrative support while focusing on parenting and developmental education for families during critical early childhood years. Prior experience includes working as a Medical/Clinical Social Worker at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where Amanda engaged individuals and families facing chronic illness and life changes. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, completed in 2006.
