Roei Attias has held various roles in the tech industry since 2004. Roei began their career as a Software Engineer at Embedded Laboratories, then moved to Central African Road Services in 2006 in the same role. In 2007, they were a Lead Software Engineer at Dimension Data. In 2008, they were a Technical Project Manager at UCS Software. From 2010 to 2017, they were a Manager of Project Management at FactSet. Finally, they are currently a Director of Program Management and Technical Presale at Roojoom since 2018.

Roei Attias obtained a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg between 2002 and 2005. In 2012, they received a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. Roei also attended Ort Kiryat Tivon, though the duration and degree are unknown.
