Nish Krishna is a technology and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Fractionalize since 2024, Nish previously founded and led Konduit, a no-code fintech infrastructure company that was part of the Techstars portfolio and successfully raised $1 million. Nish's career includes significant roles at PenFed Credit Union as Senior Director of Unsecured Loans, where the Unsecured Loans business unit was established and grew to a $1 billion portfolio, and at E*TRADE as Director of Customer Engagement, focusing on retail segment customer functions. Additional experience includes a VP position at M&T Bank, where a center-of-excellence for Strategy & Analytics was created, and a Business Manager role at Capital One, managing a co-brand credit card business. Nish holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from New York University, and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University.
