Matthew Snyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction and consulting. As the Founder and Owner of ESG Property Consultants since December 2022, Matthew provides expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies to assist businesses in achieving their long-term goals. In addition, Matthew has served as President of GUARDIAN Home Improvements since April 1995, overseeing strategic execution and executive management in residential and commercial construction services, inspections, and consulting. Since October 2006, Matthew has also been a Partner at Roofed Right America LLC, focusing on new business development and strategic client accounts within the Greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas for commercial and industrial roofing. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Beloit College and has furthered education in Commercial Roofing Design and Construction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
