Mihaela Vladut has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the HR Development Director at ROMSTAL since 2002, where previous roles included Training and OD Coordinator and Trainer. Prior to that, Mihaela was a University Lecturer at the Communication Faculty from 1997 to 2002. Mihaela holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, obtained between 1997 and 2003, and a degree from the Sciences of Education Faculty, completed from 1991 to 1996.
