Trish MacDonald has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Egis in Canada (formerly McIntosh Perry) starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources and Communications at the same company from April 2019 to January 2020. Before joining Egis in Canada, Trish worked at Plasco Energy Group as a Human Resources Generalist from June 2013 to February 2015. Trish also has experience at Innovapost, where they held positions in Resource Management from November 2009 to June 2013, and in Learning & Development from July 2007 to November 2009. Trish MacDonald has a strong background in human resources, including areas such as recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and performance management.

Trish MacDonald attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Carleton University from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Engineering. In addition to their education, Trish obtained a Secret Clearance from the Government of Canada in October 2016 and a CHRL certification from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in 2015.
