Mr Hammond has over 19 years experience in IT operations, including enterprise management, communications and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Advance Mathematics from IONA College.

Michael also holds a current FCC license as an armature radio technician (KB2UKC). Mr. Hammond has received 4 patents which have been published by the United States Patent and Trademark Office covering various software automation techniques.

Michael’s key responsibilities at Roman are designing/developing Romans proprietary system Web-Trac®, IT budgeting, IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, project management, security, organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
