Haroon Peter has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Haroon began their career as a Medical Transcriptionist at RDI Technologies in 2006. In 2008, they moved to RippleEffect Communications as a Data Entry Operator. In 2009, they began working as a Nurse's Aide at WOOD RIVER VILLAGE. From 2015 to 2022, Haroon Peter held the role of Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst at ISS Solutions & Paradigm Technology Consulting, where they provided end user support via phone, remote support using Kaseya, GoToAssist, and, if required, on-site support. Currently, they are an IT Consultant at PCS, where they use ConnectWise Manage for ticket management.

Haroon Peter has a comprehensive educational background. Haroon began their studies in 2010, earning an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Science from Bucks County Community College. Haroon also obtained a Certified Electronic Health Record Specialist (CEHRS) from Bucks County Community College in 2014. During their time at Bucks County Community College, they also obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in 2012. In 2016, they obtained a CPC-A Certified Professional Coder - Apprentice with ICD-10-CM Proficiency Assessment from AAPC. In 2018, they obtained CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, as well as a Wireshark Certified Network Analyst from Wireshark University. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA A+ from CompTIA. Haroon also has numerous certifications from LinkedIn and Lynda.com. Haroon Peter is currently pursuing a BS in Computer and Network Security with a focus on Cybersecurity from Wilmington University, which they expect to complete in 2022.
