Roxanne White-Grant has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Roxanne started their career at Orkin in 1997 as a DHRM and held this role until 2002. In 2002, they joined Rollins, Inc. as the Orkin HR Director. In 2006, they were promoted to the position of Corp. HR Director at Rollins, Inc.

Roxanne White-Grant has a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Finance from Clark Atlanta University. Roxanne also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
