Lori Kain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs, advocacy, and public relations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs and Advocacy at GCE - Global Connections to Employment since June 2016, Lori is instrumental in fostering federal relations across multiple states and DC, while also acting as a key point of contact for the Alliance for Expanding America's Workforce. Prior to this role, Lori held leadership positions at The Arc of Chemung, Manpower, Corning Federal Credit Union, Elmira Savings Bank, and Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included managing vocational programs, client-focused recruitment, public relations, and marketing strategies. Lori Kain holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Marketing Strategies Certification from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
